Okay, let me tell you a little more about me. And we’ll start with what I just said: I am small.

But despite my stature I am very big on ideas. I love listening to people’s stories and after many years working as an executive at London’s largest advertising agency, I learned that one of my skills is in listening to the detail and then zooming out and seeing the big picture.

I have lived my life in London and in Cape Town. I love being near water, particularly the sea where I feel most at peace. Dogs are a central part of my life. I had 3 but I am now down to one special golden retriever, Nahla, who works as a pet therapist. Most important in my life are my friends and family, particularly my kids who are both writers, and my husband who is a bon viveur.

Sunshine, laughter, water and family are the key ingredients in my life. Now tell me a little bit about yours.
